What happens when you are a passenger injured in a car crash where you feel the driver giving you the ride was at fault? What happens if the person doesn't show and you are late to work? I feel like there are going to be some interesting edge cases with this approach.

> What happens if the person doesn't show and you are late to work? Likely the same thing that happens today when public transit is delayed or your car breaks down. I.e. It's your personal responsibility. Reliability of the specific mode of transit should be taken into consideration.
