Great article, although to paraphrase a famous (building) architecture quote: "You can't have a revolution every day of the week." No one can really say what the right balance is between world-beating innovation and soul-destroying bureaucracy, but it's easier to blog about then execute in a company with 72,000 employees. But I appreciated the essay, and from an employee POV it's much more satisfying to ship new products than sit in meetings for 6 months talking about process and budget codes.
