They haven't had decades of sustained mass immigration of low-skilled workers.
- pmyteh 9y agoGermany, at least, has: several million people, just counting those of Turkish descent.
- xorfish 9y agoI know, not all immigrants are low skill. But nearly 25% of Swiss residents do not have a Swiss passport. (Even if you account for the difficulty of the naturalization process, that is a lot)
- theonewhocanfly 9y agoWhat a bogus , Switzerland has 40% foreigners which have immigrated , 30% of those have nowadays a citizenship and passport , read Swiss history before posting such crap!!!
- 11_4_time 9y agoThe raw numbers aren't the issue. Switzerland hasn't had decades of sustained mass-immigration of low-skilled workers. The flow of immigrants to Switzerland is nothing like that into the United State.

- 11_4_time 9y agoYes I do. Up until recently they had about 50,000 illegal year.
