Might be a very dumb sounding answer but money is usually where it is: Pay well and you will magically have them :)
Even though I haven't really considered pure remote jobs, I have always at least peeked at recruiter mails that come in with an impressive number as an opener.

- fyfy18 9y agoHaving been working remotely on and off for the last few years, I would tend to agree. I’m flexible where I work, so if I can earn more working in an office I’ll do it - I’m not taking a 40% paycut just to work remotely. As a company you are already saving by not paying employment taxes (most remote workers are contractors on paper) and not having an office, so don’t skimp more by paying your team a low wage.
