What does that say about Apple that it accepted the deal? Are they subject to any fine for their behavior?
- tooltalk 9y agoIt was Apple who proposed the rebates in exchange for exclusivity. Qualcomm acquiesced to Apple's demand. Apple then turned around told every regulators that Apple was FORCED into that exclusivity.
