While I really enjoy Firefox' comeback and regained snappiness, the performance of css transforms and animation is still subpar. With larger and more complex elements that are affected by CSS transform events it becomes very noticeable that the animation is far from smooth, unlike in other browser like Chrome or Safari. I saw this behavior in every recent Firefox version on macOS - from stable to nightly. However there's so little discussion that I feel I might be the only one experiencing this.
