There are over 27 million uninsured people in the U.S.
- ceejayoz 9y agoYes, which is down by half (plus the folks whose insurance didn't cover it pre-ACA), hence "substantially lower issue". That leaves 300 million people for whom cost is not a good reason to avoid it.
