Another reading of this report: Oil consumption will remain at today's level or higher through 2040. Present oil consumption is 99 Mb/d, will peak at 106 Mb/d in 2030, then decrease to ~97 Mb/d by 2045. Honestly it's a lot less rosy than the title suggests.
