In fact, Apple is mentioned only once in the article, in a sentence saying “Apple is to be admired for making things people want to buy”. Pedantry about RTFA aside, I generally agree with your points, Apple has chosen a business model that makes it relatively unlikely to receive serious anti-trust scrutiny!
