- pascalxus 9y agothat's if you do it right. I'm a bad tomato grower and my tomatoes don't taste any better than the store bought ones. but occassionally, a grower at the farmer's market will do it right and you CAN really taste the difference. Man, did those tomatoes really taste like something else.
