- jankotek 9y agoSome people prefer to be part of the solution, not part of the problem...
- tincholio 9y agoSomeone mentioned something like this yesterday (on /., IIRC, but I'm not sure). You could have 100% female engineers by simply having all your male engineers declare themselves as such, since "gender is independent of the underlying biology". There, problem solved! :D
