not all cryptos are about that. many others put decentralisation first and are OK with transparency. but the latter, of course, clashes with the idea of a nation state trying to become _the_ crypto nation.
- xiphias 9y agoYou can't have decentralization without privacy, Dr Adam Back has an extensive presentation about this. Bitcoin doesn't yet have privacy because of technical reasons, but people are working hard on implementing Bulletproofs and Schnorr signatures that help.
