Ask HN: What Are Helpful KPIs for a Dev Team?

Our company is adopting KPIs and has tasked each department with coming up with their own KPIs. Our Dev Team had a great conversation about how velocity is not a good KPI, and in general how difficult it is to identify indicators that we're writing good code, quickly. What do you think of Dev Team KPIs? What are some good options?
