The lawmakers are by definition "above the law" since they can retroactively make their actions legal.
- UncleEntity 9y agoWow, this is probably true yet people are down voting--just look at the retroactive immunity for the telecomms providing data feeds to the government as an example.
- justsid 9y agoThe NSA is part of the executive branch. They don‘t make any laws.
