There are a lot of problems with this. First, the obvious answer is one Facebook itself would never come up with, which is: STOP USING FACEBOOK so much! You can never get most people to help rank anyway. The results are going to be skewed for lots of reasons, starting with whatever subset bothers to vote, whatever subset of people even have accounts or bothered to log in, etc. And that subset can be further biased by things like who has the most time on their hands, who is being paid, who set up 100 bot accounts, etc. This couldn’t possibly produce a sensible result except completely by chance.
