Coinbase is the only company that offered me compensation to do their homework. $100 in BTC. They paid me within a week of me submitting.
I really appreciated it, and I’ve decided to adopt that as a policy in my future hiring.
- blevinstein 9y agoI also recently went through the Coinbase interview process, and was pleasantly surprised that they offered this compensation for the take-home interview part. Overall, a 4-6 hour task, to be completed on your own over a 1-week period, seems reasonable to me.
