I am astonished that the OP comes to his conclusion. Since when is it a good idea to:
- skip due process
- punish people on unverified accusations
- pjc50 9y agoHe never says he likes the way the system works, but realistically as an individual you can't change Amazon and you can't change Customs.
- CPLX 9y agoYou could change Amazon. It seems to me that this person has an articulable case against Amazon for damages, and filing suit would certainly be a way to get higher level attention. Though if I were him I wouldn't do it either do the hassle.
