The part about bankruptcy over a small dip is actually really interesting.
That probably means that a pretty small lead in this area could be very significant in terms of how this actually plays out.
- TheCondor 9y agoWeren’t there other issues? Pension debt and union issues were hurting those companies for years, the slowdown just nudged them over and then a lot of that stuff got restructured. There are a ton of variables, not having a self driving play seems like a concern for an auto company, other than that it seems like it could play a lot of ways and there is still this giant culture thing where cars symbolize so much
