Many countries have elections on Sundays to make it easier for most people to vote. Wouldn't advocating for moving the election day to Sunday be better alternative?

For one, having it on Sunday seems like it disproportionately disadvantages those that work in retail and food service, which tend to be lower wage earners, as those are the individuals that are more likely to have to work on Sunday. Additionally, it might make it more difficult for individuals with children -- Tuesday is a school day so there's free childcare. Though overall, I'd say the benefits outweigh the costs.
