The closest thing I have found are the Sainsbury's meal plans which are weekly [1].
However as far as I can tell there is no optimisation to limit waste and the number of ingredients.

- omgwtfbyobbq 9y agoI'd love to see something that included the lifespan of food too, ideally in terms of when it tastes good, tastes passable, doesn't taste the best but is usable, and needs to be tossed.
