FSVO "database": datascript is in-memory, similar to a slimmed down version of datomic. I think it's fair to say that datascript:datomic :: sqlite:postgres or something. It's in-memory, but there are third-party extensions using hitchiker trees that make it persistent. There's also Mozilla's mentat and its predecessor atomish which talk to SQLite on the backend.
