I used to drop my used clothes off at Goodwill, but my wife started selling them on ebay. It’s really surprising to see some shirts and pants sell for up to $20

  For example: Levi´s jeans sell for 100 dollars here in Uruguay (incredibly high import taxes). A lot of people make a living smuggling clothes. I couldn't believe the prices in the U.S. when I visited, I knew it was cheap intellectually, but seeing it in person was something else. And I don´t mind at all wearing an in-store return or using an open box or whatever gets me a cheaper price :) ... a lot of refurbished items make their way to Uruguay where they're sold at an U.S. new price...
