Honestly do not see a lot of native development happening on Windows any longer but far more wev interfaces of some kind. I really do not see native coming back in a big way.
- pjmlp 9y agoDoing native development for Windows, of new .NET applications, during the last 4 years. Many business don't want anything browser related, or need applications working in disconnected environments. Enterprise has many special needs.
- alkonaut 9y agoIt’s always going to be a niche, but I think it has stopped shrinking. The apps that haven’t left the desktop yet haven’t done so for a reason.
