- jagger27 9y agoApparently it uses IR and is easily fooled. I think Android manufacturers have it right by putting the scanner on the back or side. We can keep our good capacitive fingerprint sensors and still get bezelless displays. I wonder how far off a transparent digitizer is that can make out fingerprints?
