I'd be interested to understand two things: 1) How has the average price for similar priced airbnb offerings changed pre and post regulations 2) How do vacancy rates for airbnb offerings in SF change following the purge? I can see trends in both directions. Would be an interesting empirical analysis of how supply changes outcomes.
