I would think not getting arrested for breaking the law is the best thing one can do. I have never been arrested. I don't know anyone in my family or group of friends who have ever been arrested. I do notice that, among younger people, getting arrested for something is almost a matter of course. A fact of life. That is the real problem in my opinion.
