On my work laptop, typing "Mouse" into the search box only lists the mouse settings about 50% of the time. Usually closing the search box and then repeating the search returns the correct result. As to why I have to open mouse settings so often, Windows inexplicably forgets my scroll speed setting every time I plug my mouse in.
