What psychopath sells PCs with a 5400 rpm hard drive as the main drive?
- StillBored 9y agoDell, and a lot of other vendors. And. I purchased one last year because it was outrageously inexpensive and had a i5/7500U, a nice 1080p touchscreen, and a miserable spinning harddrive and a miserable amount of socketed ram. I consider replaceable harddrives and socketed RAM to be a feature, one I promptly made use of and now have a machine which is quite competitive to machines costing > $1k more than what it cost me for the machine+HD+RAM.
