Interns are great for practicing how to manage, but I agree, as anything beyond that, don’t expect much.
- Lich 9y agoI think internships should be about both giving and taking. Not just simply objects to practice on. If a startup doesn't have the time and money to invest in interns no matter what the payoff is, they probably shouldn't as it is wasting time on both sides.
