This seems like the right split. Also the founders would have the capacity to issue more shares - so if it takes longer than 4 years then they can issue stocks

This seems like the right split. Also the founders would have the capacity to issue more shares - so if it takes longer than 4 years then they can issue stocks to whoever sticks around after that.
