- pravbeatle 9y agoHeck, even now it doesn't happen in Apple. Btw your point about Tesla was null since it has faced very public allegations from a woman and a black guy.
- virgilp 9y agoThe temptation for "enlightened dictatorship" is strong - both in society & in business. One of the problems with it is that, while efficient, it's fragile. The dictatorship can be effective in moving you in a certain direction - but it's horribly ineffective at adapting & changing direction/finding new directions. Long-term, dictatorships all fail because of that (even though short-term they can indeed be spectacularly successful)
