Ask HN: Why doesn’t GitHub have drag n drop images in wiki?

Github has some awesome tools. But their wiki seems so not up to the same level as their other tools. In particular, users can't just upload a picture or file to the wiki. This feature seems so needed and we'll requested. Similar functionality exists for github issues. Does anyone know why?
