The comment you're dismissing gave a reason talented Chinese colleagues take themselves elsewhere. (I don't have firsthand knowledge of how true it is.) If true, it's worth knowing, whether or not it's a "reactionary statement".
- drb91 9y agoExactly :) Of course, I wasn't dismissing anyone! Read more carefully. And, they were kind enough to actually clarify, and I appreciated their comment. Not every discussion about political words must be political itself.
