None of what you posted suggests that 40-something white males can't innovate. In fact you can't suggest that they can't innovate and say that they're the dominant group in tech unless you believe that all tech developments to date haven't been innovative. That's a contradictory statement. You can claim that I somehow changed the meaning of the original bigoted statement but I didn't. It's a very simple, straightforward bashing of white males.
