I watched it fullscreen on a mobile phone and in the later stages it was mesmerizing. A fluid simulation as phone screen saver would be awesome.

I've used this as a live wallpaper on my phones for quite a few years. It's a nice fast effect, not truly like this example but gets close enough to the idea. I bought the full version too to customize some colors. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.formisk.aliquidcloud.free https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.formisk.al...

Sadly, a fluid simulation as a phone screen saver would be a battery killer.

How about, a video / animation of one instead of a real time one? (I'm not sure how phone screen savers even work. I actually didn't even know you could set one on phones.)

I thought the iPhone X did this (I haven't used one) but after looking it up it's just a video file [0] [0] http://universaleverything.com/projects/iphone-x-wallpapers/ http://universaleverything.com/projects/iphone-x-wallpapers/
