New player in the Q&A field - looking for a partner

I'm looking for a partner to help me to raise seed capital 200k to launch this http://alpha.beepl.com Alpha out in Sept, going live in Dec. PS - it's running off of a single 0.5GB server instance, it may be that the server is busy handling the traffic. Apologies for an inconvenience. Looking forward to your feedback.
