The only successful organization which kept US at bay was OPEC. They collectively caused a major oil shock that sent US panicking. Similarly, the best thing for Africa is to somehow form a coalition to collectively operate on Africa's interest. It's extremely difficult to pull off, but education is the only way forward. The more people are aware of what is happening to your country, what their leaders are doing will allow for better decision making but this is also tough in countries where the leader has all the latest tools and gadgets specifically aimed to disrupt such rebellion or threat to their powerbase.
