Does AMP open google up to new anti-competitive claims?

  Probably not. Google and Apple both currently get away with things Microsoft could have never even dreamed of in the early 2000s and are not only living to tell the tale...but profiting by leaps and bounds abusing their power. The only excuse each of them has is that technically you have another "choice." Which somehow holds weight now but never did for Microsoft.
