The Myth of Insufficient Demand
- sharemywin 9y ago(form the article) If a population of five individuals produces ten potatoes and five tomatoes – this is all that they can demand and consume. But if 1 individual is out of work and only 9 potatoes and 4 tomatoes are getting produced. And the potato producer is saying well we would hire you if we needed to sell/produce 10 potatoes but were only selling 9 right now. And the tomato producer is say the same thing about tomatoes. Shouldn't the government step in and buy 1 tomato and 1 potato so the guy can have a job.
