The "what are your weaknesses?" question, when devoid of context, is always a stupid question that is guaranteed to evoke either disingenuous response or an honest one that will count against the candidate. Much better to use a behavioral interviewing approach where the question is asked in the context of a specific past project which has just been discussed at length.
