Imagine if Intel ended up buying AMD.. That'd be weird (and bad).
- bartread 9y agoIn the UK that sort of merger would almost certainly be blocked by the Competition Commission: I'd be interested to hear what the situation is in the US, where Intel and AMD are based.
- tracker1 9y agoFTC/SEC would likely block such a merger... even in the current administration it would be nearly impossible to get done.
