If the spring is safe, there are no risks (kind of tautological, I know). Millions of people drink mineral water (Evian, Volvic, etc) and that's not treated. All you need is quality control.
- throwanem 9y agoI confide Evian's bottlers are very assiduous about ensuring their products contain few or no potentially pathogenic microorganisms. Of Silicon Valley randos I'm not so sure. Perhaps I do them a disservice. It would be very interesting, either way, to see what a pathology lab might find to culture from a bottle of their finest.
