Ask HN: Suggest some basic books about startups.

Startup may not be all about some great ideas. There are various other aspects such as finance, capital, managing people and so on. Without basic knowledge of all this stuff it is difficult to think of building a business. Can you suggest some books that a student must read if he wishes to start his own company in future? I dont want the inspirational types books but something that will sensitize me to the basic issues in building a startup.
