I bought XPS 15 9550 two years ago, maxed out with specs, and totally regret paying extra for touch screen and the hi-def screen, what a waste of money. the screen cannot be folded backward so touch screen cannot be used as tablet and thus wasting my money hi-def screen is is useless on 15" display other than that, my laptop is working fine with no HW issues
