I had the same issue with the XPS 15 9550, but they replaced it out of warranty.
- edelsohn 9y agoThe XPS 15 had a "known issue". Dell refuses to admit an issue with the XPS 13, so it refuses to replace the battery out of warranty, despite the safety concern.
