hey, is it me being far from expert, or: why use UUIDv1 if you can just use timestamp? wouldn't time-based solution be prone to time misconfig across servers?

hey, is it me being far from expert, or: why use UUIDv1 if you can just use timestamp? wouldn't time-based solution be prone to time misconfig across servers? Or that little shuffle doesn't really matter?
