I think it might be a bit early to write Dubai off. Maybe the overbuilding will drive the rent down and attract businesses. The middle-east seem to be a very good emerging new market. I'm pretty sure that innovation and real solid businesses don't come from hype, but away from the media spotlights and pundits.
