In 2015 Fort Collins voted to overturn the legislation preventing competition. In 2017 another 17 municipalities in Colorado did as well.
- rayiner 9y agoThat’s a weird way to phrase it. Colorado voters didn’t vote to “overturn the legislation.” The law itself provides for referendums where voters can approve municipal broadband.
