I do not, which is why I deliberately said "2.x". I think it was either 2.1.x or 2.2.x, but not certain. I'm not sure why you would think the BIOS update package would not touch it. It certainly touches the USB-C and the TPM modules. It was around the end of this past summer when that update came out. Along with a different brightness curve, it bumped up the battery life as well. I've heard of the Windows utility for disabling this, but I thought it could be used on the FHD model as well. It didn't bug me enough to bother with Windows.
