If you forget the grandiose ideas and keep them simple they are more likely to happen. I'm left handed and my resolution last year was to use my right hand more. I had to make a conscience effort to do so, but that effort has stuck with me. I still think about which hand to use before performing a task, something I didn't do before the resolution. Keep them simple.
